ROKETSAN’s ALKA System Demonstrates Capabilities at Military Drone Competition

The ALKA Directed Energy Weapon System, developed by ROKETSAN, demonstrated its capabilities at the International Best Military Drone Team Competition. The system was used in a field demonstration held as part of the competition.

During the demonstration, ALKA successfully neutralized a fixed-wing threat type with a laser. A rotary-wing threat type was also neutralized with a laser during the same field demonstration.

The demonstration therefore showcased ALKA’s capabilities against two different threat types at the competition. The two types were identified as fixed-wing and rotary-wing, and the system successfully neutralized both using a laser.
