A simit seller in Elazığ left a note at his stall as he went to take an exam. The note, left when he stepped away from the stall for the exam, contained a message of thanks to the people of Elazığ.
In the note, the seller wrote: “I know the people of Elazığ; they had left far more than the amount I charged in the bag. Thank you all.” He said the amount left in the bag was well above the fee he had received.
The seller thanked Elazığ residents for the money left in the bag and said in his message that he knew the people there. His note, left at the stall before he went into the exam, described the amount as more than the fee he had charged and extended his thanks to everyone.
