Osman Gazi floating production platform sent to its duty location

Osman Gazi, Türkiye’s first floating production platform, was sent to its duty location in the Sakarya Gas Field. The platform set off from Filyos Port following a send-off ceremony held there.

Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar spoke at the ceremony at Filyos Port. In remarks about the target, Bayraktar said: “Our goal is, before the end of this year, in December, Osman...”

Osman Gazi will serve in the Sakarya Gas Field as Türkiye’s first floating production platform. The ceremony at Filyos Port marked the platform’s send-off to its duty location, and Bayraktar was among those who spoke at the event.
