Minister Çiftçi said all teams were in the field in response to downpours in Istanbul and Antalya.
“We are in the field with all our teams against the heavy rainfall in Istanbul and Antalya,” Çiftçi said. His statement indicated that teams were working against the downpours in both cities.
Regarding the rainfall in Istanbul, AKOM had said that precipitation in some areas exceeded 200 kilograms per square meter. Çiftçi’s remarks also placed teams on the ground in Antalya, as well as Istanbul, in response to the rain.
