The Presidency’s Cybersecurity Directorate has launched a nationwide security scan targeting critical security vulnerabilities. The initiative covers systems across Türkiye and is not confined to a single institution or local area.
Public institutions are at the forefront of the scanning effort. However, its stated scope is not limited to government bodies: security scans have also begun across systems throughout the country, making the initiative national in reach.
The Directorate’s announcement describes the work as a national scan against critical security vulnerabilities. Systems belonging to public institutions are prioritized, while systems across Türkiye are included in the broader scope of the security scanning effort.
