Aziz Yıldırım has again applied to the court, seeking to have a private box belonging to Acun Ilıcalı allocated to him. The renewed application concerns the same box and the same request: that it be assigned to Yıldırım.
Yıldırım had previously made three court applications concerning the box. All three were rejected. His latest application comes after those rejections and places the request for the box’s allocation before the court again.
The new filing means Yıldırım has returned to court over the allocation of Ilıcalı’s box after three earlier applications were rejected. The earlier decisions and the renewed request concern the same box and the same allocation sought by Yıldırım.
