Severe storm conditions and heavy rain continue in Istanbul. Both weather events are still affecting the city, with the storm and downpour yet to subside.
The Turkish State Meteorological Service had issued yellow-code warnings for 15 provinces and orange-code warnings for three because of expected heavy rain and storms. Istanbul was among the provinces under a yellow-code warning.
The severe storm and heavy rain are continuing in Istanbul following the warning issued for the city. The current conditions include both the storm and the downpour, which remain in effect.
