Citizen rescues cat trapped in flames in Antalya

In Antalya, a citizen rescued a cat trapped amid the flames during an incident in which a landlord set an apartment on fire. The rescuer put themselves at risk to reach the animal and bring it out of the flames.

The citizen said they acted because they wanted to rescue the cats. Explaining that they had been told the cats were upstairs, the citizen said: “I was told the cats were upstairs. I wanted to rescue them.”

The citizen, who had risked their own safety during the rescue, could not hold back tears afterward. The cat trapped among the flames was rescued, and the citizen’s words described their desire to save the cats.
