SPK updated the requirements for professional and qualified investors. Under the change, the financial asset threshold was raised from 10 million TL to 50 million TL, increasing the minimum financial asset level required under this criterion.
The transaction-volume requirement was also increased. The threshold, previously set at 5 million TL, has been raised to 25 million TL under the updated rules.
The investor exemption for real estate and venture capital funds was also removed. The update therefore covers higher financial asset and transaction-volume thresholds, as well as the end of the exemption previously available to investors in those funds.
