Minister Çiftçi warns residents of orange-alert cities

Interior Minister Çiftçi said the danger had not passed and urged residents of cities under orange-code warnings to take precautions. He advised people to avoid leaving their homes if possible and to park their vehicles somewhere safe.

“The danger is not over. Our citizens in cities under orange-code warnings should stay home if possible and park their vehicles in a safe place,” Çiftçi said.

The warning sets out two precautions for people in orange-alert cities: limit trips outside the home and leave vehicles in a safe location. Çiftçi emphasized that the danger remained, but his statement did not provide a separate list of the cities covered by the warning.
