In Bahçelievler, a person trapped in a car in a flooded underpass was rescued using a construction vehicle. In Sarıyer, dozens of vehicles were left underwater.
These incidents show the effects of the ongoing rain in different Istanbul districts. The situation in Kağıthane was also being followed as storms and heavy rainfall continued across the city.
